Terms of Service

By buying or using a ChunkHost ("we", "us") service, you ("you", "the customer") agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide Minecraft: Java Edition game server hosting. Plan resources (RAM, storage) are listed on our Pricing page.

2. Payment and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance.
• If a payment fails, your server may be suspended. Servers unpaid for [14] days may be deleted.
• Prices may change with at least [30] days' notice.

3. Refunds

Refunds available within 48 hours of your first purchase. After that, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future billing.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• Break any law, or host illegal or infringing content
• Attack, scan or disrupt other networks or servers (including DDoS)
• Mine cryptocurrency or run non-Minecraft workloads
• Break Mojang/Microsoft's Minecraft End User License Agreement and Usage Guidelines
• Harass other people or abuse our staff

We may suspend or end service for breaking these rules, and serious abuse is not eligible for a refund.

5. Backups and your data

We provide backup tools, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important worlds and files. We aren't liable for lost data.

6. Uptime

We work hard to keep servers online but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance and unexpected outages can happen.

7. Age

You must be at least [18], or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we'll post them here and let active customers know.
