Can Bedrock players join? (phones, consoles, Windows 10/11 edition)
Yes, as a bonus on Paper servers! ChunkHost is built for Java Edition, and Paper servers also let Bedrock players (phones, consoles, Windows 10/11) join and play alongside Java players. To join from Bedrock, add a server with Address play.chunkhosting.com and the Port shown on your Game Panel’s Console page (the number after the colon). Java players still just use yourname.chunkhosting.com. Vanilla, Fabric, Forge and NeoForge servers are Java only.
How do my friends and I join the server?
Open Minecraft Java Edition, click Multiplayer → Add Server, and type your server address, for example yourname.chunkhosting.com. Click Done, then join.
Can I install mods and plugins?
Yes. Choose Paper for plugins, or Fabric, Forge or NeoForge for mods. Forge and NeoForge come preinstalled. You can upload files through the control panel. Big modpacks need more RAM, so go for Stone or Diamond for those.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not happy, contact us within 48 hours of your first payment for a full refund. After that you can cancel any time and you won't be billed again. The Terms of Service have the details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrade to any bigger plan yourself from the Client Area, and your worlds and files stay exactly as they are. To move to a smaller plan, message support. Extra backups, storage and ports are available as cheap add-ons.
How do I get help?
Customers can open a support ticket from the Client Area, or ask on our Discord. You can also email support@chunkhosting.com. We usually reply within 24 hours.
How do I log in to my control panel?
Click Game Panel at the top of any page, or go to panel.chunkhosting.com. Your game panel account is created automatically with the same email you used to order. Check your inbox for a link to set your panel password (or use ‘Forgot password’ at panel.chunkhosting.com). Then use the Go to server button in your Client Area.
