We don't oversell
Overallocation is switched off, orders only land on a machine with room, and every server has a firm CPU ceiling — 2 cores on Dirt, 3 on Stone, 4 on Diamond — so no one server can run away with the machine. When a machine is full we stop selling that size rather than squeeze you in.

Can Bedrock players join? (phones, tablets, Xbox, Windows 10/11 edition)
Yes. You choose your server type when you order:
Java only (Java, Paper, Fabric, Forge or NeoForge): players join with yourname.chunkhosting.com, no port needed.
Java + Bedrock crossplay (Paper): everyone plays together. Java players use yourname.chunkhosting.com; Bedrock players use the same address plus the port shown on your dashboard. Xbox players can join too, with the free Bedrock Together app. PlayStation and Switch aren’t supported yet.
Bedrock only (a server with no Java players): not on sale right now while we update it for a recent Minecraft change. Phones, tablets and Windows 10/11 don’t need it — they join a crossplay server. Xbox players can join too, with the free Bedrock Together app. PlayStation and Switch aren’t supported yet.
Bedrock always needs a port number, because Minecraft on phones and consoles can't hide it the way the Java version can. That's true of every host.
How do my friends and I join the server?
Open Minecraft Java Edition, click Multiplayer → Add Server, and type your server address, for example yourname.chunkhosting.com. Click Done, then join.
Can I install mods and plugins?
Yes. Choose Paper for plugins, or Fabric, Forge or NeoForge for mods. Forge and NeoForge come preinstalled. Big modpacks need more RAM, so go for Stone or Diamond for those.
